Ingredients:
1 pack milk biscuits
500 g / 17.5 oz milk chocolate
1 can cream
2 cups chopped walnuts
1 cup sugar
200 g / 7 oz assorted crystallized fruit
1/2 cup very strong Café-Razzi Coffee
2 cups Guaraná (Brazilian soft drink)

Preparation:
Melt the chocolate in a pan over simmering water. Add the cream and heat the mixture stirring until it becomes a smooth paste. Remove from heat and form layers in greased receptacle as follows:

Biscuits dipped in the guaraná; melted chocolate; crystallized fruits dipped in the coffee; biscuits dipped in the guaraná; melted chocolate; walnuts; biscuits dipped in the guaraná; melted chocolate. Garnish with whole nuts and grated chocolate. Chill to serve. The layers have to be formed fast because the chocolate starts to harden.

Note:
The coffee in this recipe should be stronger than the usual. For each 1 1/2 cups of water use 3 full tablespoons of coffee.
