With Café-Razzi you get more than just another bag of coffee like in most of these boring coffee clubs. Our unique concept allows you to make premium coffee shop quality espresso or cappuccino in the comfort of your work place or home. 2) How do I join?
If you would like to become a Café Razzi business club member, just click on our sign up section and fill out your contact information so one of our sales representatives can visit you for a demonstration. During that visit, we will also finalize all the administrative details required for your membership. 3) What do I need to join?
It's simple. If you are a business, just arrange for a member of our sales team to visit and make sure you know how to use the machine. Once you fall in love with our system, we will ask you to sign an agreement guaranteeing our service and requesting a minimum monthly purchase of coffee capsules that varies on the equipment we provide. We will do a quick credit check, and then you'll be enjoying that ultimate cappuccino. Our sales representative will also help you choose from the menu of products to place your first order. If you are a consumer, you can automatically sign into our web-store and make your purchases.
4) How much does your coffee cost?
Each capsule which equals one cup of coffee costs on average 75 cents. That's a bargain compared to over $3 at the local coffee shop. Our capsules come in case of 100. Please contact our sale representative to learn how you qualify for special pricing.
5) I'd like to just purchase your machine, can I do that?
Anyone can join our Café-Razzi Consumer Club and purchase a machine for your household. With this purchase you will get a lifetime warranty on your machine as long as you remain a club member in good standing. You'll have to look hard to find another club that gives you a lifetime machine guarantee!
6) How much does a machine cost?
Café-Razzi offers several models to choose from. Our machine prices are a bargain compared to many home professional cappuccino machines you can purchase in gourmet outlets. Go price some and you'll find they range between $1000 and $5000. If by chance you can find a professional machine for less, please let us know but don't forget to ask if they offer a lifetime machine warranty! We do!
7) Can I have more than one machine?
If you are a business club member you can have as many machines as you would like to put in your workplace so everyone can enjoy the ultimate cappuccino. Keep in mind however, that each FREE machine requires a minimum monthly coffee purchase. If you are a consumer club member looking to purchase multiple machines for your house, we hope you place one in each room.
8) Is there a warranty on the machine? What do I do if the machine doesn't work or breaks?
If your machine is not working properly we will repair or replace it with a new machine. Just contact us and we’ll determine the nature of the problem. If need be, we will ship you a replacement machine and issue a return authorization number for you. Once you receive the new machine, just place the old machine in that shipper and send it back to us.
9) What is the minimum monthly order? How much do I have to buy to use the machine for free?
For Café-Razzi Business Club members, 200 cups each month for our entry level Pininfarina machine. That's about 50 cups a week and for a typical workplace of 10 employees, that's only one coffee per day per employee! For larger work places, we also offer our free Colibri machine for purchases of 600 cups each month. There is no minimum purchase with our household account.
10) How do I change my order?
As a Café-Razzi Business Club member, just call our customer service number 1 877 CLUBRAZZI , email us or sign into our web-store. Just let us know if you would like a representative’s help in doing this! We ask that you do this by the 25th of the month so we can change your order in time for the next shipment.
11) Can I try it to see if I like it?
Yes. You can take advantage of our 30 day-trial offer.
12) What if I change my mind - how do I cancel my membership?
Call our customer service number 1 877 CLUBRAZZI and we’ll put the process in place. We will guide you through returning the machine and canceling your membership. No problem! (but we think you’re going to like it!)
13) My boss is a tightwad! How can I get him to get the machine?
The machine is free to our club members (that’s your office!) and all your boss has to do is order the coffee. You and your fellow employees can pay for your own coffee, which is a lot less than going out to a coffee shop. You may have to wait in line at your Café Razzi machine as we are sure it will be very popular!
